Description
Bradford Fireseal Party Wall Insulation Batts are designed to meet the fire protection requirements for inter-tenancy walls in multi residential applications. Installed with 15% compression between the party wall and the roof material, it physically prevents the spread of flame, or sparks, between tenancies. Made from rockwool, the insulation has high resistance to shrinkage at high temperatures.
The product is generally used between a party wall and roofing material and can also be used as fire seal between the edge of a floor slab and the façade of a building.
