Capacity to Contract

Orders can only be placed with Town & Country Insulation by persons with capacity to contract, who are over the age of 18 as legislated in Victoria.

Each order or transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions in force upon the date of that transaction.

Confirmation of Order

All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Town and Country Insulation. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Town and Country Insulation reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.

Payment

Town and Country Insulation is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Town and Country Insulation may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund. All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and services Tax applicable.
